Mr Hubert: Hello all! It’s a pleasure to all of you who participated in the AMA today.

Could you briefly introduce about yourselves as well as your project?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: Certainly. I can introduce everyone.

I am one of the marketing managers for Floki Inu. I am involved in most of the marketing for Floki Inu.

MrBrownwhale is Valhalla’s main NFT strategist. He has been in blockchain since 2013, and NFTs since 2017. He has been involved in the strategic rollout of many NFT projects as well. One notable example is his current role as a council member of Ether Cards, a project that has raised more than 4 million in presales alone.

Jackie is Valhalla’s lead blockchain developer. Like MrBrownwhale, he has been in blockchain since 2012 and has been actively working on smart contracts since 2017. Before that, he has worked as a software engineer and technical lead on projects ranging from large social networks to anti-fraud transaction processing systems for the traditional finance industry.

FLOKI is a movement token inspired by an Elon Musk tweet in which he says his Shiba Inu will be named FLOKI. Floki Inu is striving to provide clear and beneficial utility to its token, all while cultivating a vibrant community around one of the most exciting memes in the crypto space.

Floki Inu completes the doge coin trilogy. Dogecoin was the beginning. Shiba Inu coin created a token around a specific breed of dog. Floki Inu creates a token around a specific dog identity.

Floki Inu, as part of its effort in continuing to build out utility to its token, has unveiled its flagship project named Valhalla. Valhalla is an NFT metaverse game run on the Floki Inu token, which we will talk more about today.

Mr Hubert: How wonderful, sir. The VCM audience is also eager to study the Floki Inu project.

Looking forward to have our audiences to know more about the project and the views.

Let’s get to the first question we’d like to know from you.

What makes the Floki Inu project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: I can start by talking about Floki Inu in general.

Floki Inu was birthed as a meme token. Although we think that term oversimplifies our project, we lean into the meme of our token (being named after Elon Musk’s Shiba Inu). What we are doing to set ourselves apart from the rest of the meme token space is fix what is wrong with most meme tokens: the lack of utility.

You see, meme tokens generate hype. They rally a community. That is GREAT, and we want to leverage that. However, when the hype dies, holders don’t have an incentive to hold beyond that with most meme tokens. Floki Inu fixes that by providing utility to its token. Holders always have a reason to hold.

That utility comes in many forms already. One, through our partnerships with utility tokens, such as Curate, Crypto Cart, Ethpay, and Bank Social. Through those partnerships, Floki holders will be able to spend their tokens across over 1,700 websites, like Amazon, they can stake their Floki tokens, and they can take advantage of Curate’s gassless NFT marketplace.

We have also partnered with the Million Garden Movement, a Kimbal Musk (Elon’s brother) project. This adds so many possibilities to our token.

Finally, and this is where I will pass the question to Jackie and Mr. Brown, is the utility that comes with Valhalla, our flagship product.

Mr Brown: Thanks Corey!

Indeed like he just mentioned, Valhalla, which is our flagship product and blockchain-based game with on-chain interactions, will bring a lot of utility to Floki.

Our vision is to merge mainstream and blockchain gaming together in our own 3D NFT metaverse.

To do that succesfully we’re taking key elements from games like Pokémon, Animal Crossing, Farmville and Skyrim and bringing them to the blockchain.

An example is that we have creatures in Valhalla that are called Vera. You’ll be able to walk around, encounter them, battle with them and also capture them. And something interesting about that is that each Vera has more than 9 quadrillion variations.

When you have your Vera, you’ll be able to train them the way you see fit and take them along with you on raids. But if that’s not your thing then Valhalla also has a gardening system where you will be able to raise and tend to your crops. These are also NFTs, and can be sold either in-game or directly to your fellow players.

We’ll also be introducing novel play-to-earn mechanics so that next to addictive game play, players will also have a return on investment on their time spent in game.

Valhalla is our love letter to blockchain gaming and I’m confident we’ll kickstart a new era within the cryptocurrency space.

Mr Jackie: And to answer the “how do we stand out more than the other projects in the same direction?” question, let me add a bit to @MrBrownwhale’s answer with regards to the technicalities behind Valhalla.

Our main differentiator is that Valhalla is played entirely on the blockchain. The only other game that does something similar is Axie Infinity, and it took them 3 years of development to get there. Of course, it’s great that they got there, but we’ll be taking things a few steps further by running not just game ecosystem on-chain, but also all the different game mechanics.

This means that whenever you farm, raid, or battle in Valhalla, you’ll be directly saving your progress on the blockchain. This means that you’ll not only be directly increasing the value of your NFTs while playing, you’ll also be actively contributing to the health of the network.

To add to that, NFTs in Valhalla are what we call upgradable NFTs. This doesn’t just mean its value changes, but also its optics, its attributes, its abilities and many more things! These are directly reflected in your wallet; it’ll be a fun experience seeing the live updates on marketplaces such as OpenSea and Rarible.

There are more technical innovations that we will be making to differentiate Valhalla from its competitors, but we don’t want to tip off the competition right away. We’ll periodically release updates as we progress, so stay tuned!

Who are some business partners/clients for Floki Inu?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: Great question.

Floki Inu has several partners. I will lists some of the most notable.

With a community minded emphasis, Floki Inu has partnered with one of the most community-based non-profits. The Million Gardens Movement, a Kimbal Musk (Elon Musk’s brother) project, is a movement working to give power back to the community to choose, grow, prepare, and eat healthy food. Floki Inu is a meme movement with a vision to give power back to its community. Together, these movements will empower their communities to live independent and healthy lives. What is also particularly exciting about this partnership is the collection of leaders involved in the Million Garden Movement: Kimbal Musk and Frank Giustra. These are two powerhouse, industry leading forces. Floki Inu is proud to call them partners.

Additionally, Floki has partnered with Curate. Curate is a multipurpose crypto marketplace with gasless NFT fees and a crypto-powered physical goods marketplace (think about it as a kind of crypto-powered Amazon).

The FLOKI partnership with Curate is strategic and will allow FLOKI to leverage Curate’s innovative gasless NFT solution for some of its NFT initiatives. More importantly, Curate’s physical goods marketplace will be launching soon, and the FLOKI token will be available as a payment option as soon as partner token integrations are initiated. Curate is currently partnered with Travala (which allows Curate’s XCUR token to be used to buy 3 million+ travel products and book over 2.2 million hotels and homes, 600+ airlines, 40,000+ activities in more than 230 countries), Jumia (widely regarded as the Amazon of Africa), Chainlink, Elrond, and e-Money which shows its strategic intent to be the leading force when it comes to crypto-powered e-commerce.

Finally, the last most notable partnership is with Crypto Cart. CryptoCart is a crypto ecommerce marketplace and facilitator that allows people to buy literally anything from over 1,700 stores worldwide including Amazon, Ebay, PlayStation, Apple, Starbucks, and other big shots. In what we believe will be a first for a Shiba-themed community coin, you will be able to use your FLOKI tokens to make purchases on more than 1,700 stores globally including Amazon, Ebay, Uber, Apple, and PlayStation via the CryptoCart platform.

This doesn’t even get into the partnerships with Ethpay and Bank Social. However, I think this is a good example of the powerhouse partnerships Floki has already developed.

What are the memorable milestones of Floki Inu in the research and development process?

Mr Jackie: Good question! There are actually two parts to this process, or three really:

1. Milestones within the R&D process of Floki Inu itself.

2. The decision to develop and publish our own blockchain game: Valhalla.

3. Milestones within the R&D process of Valhalla.

If we look back at notable moments in the history of Floki Inu, a few things immediately pop up in my mind:

- Three contract evolutions

- Cross-chain deployment ($FLOKI is available on both ETH and BSC)

- Seamless cross-chain bridge to swap from one network to another.

- A zero-touch token migration for our users

With Valhalla, we recently started our public journey. There’s a lot of history in the development of the smart contracts that will form the backbone of Valhalla, though. And we look forward to celebrating the moment when this ecosystem of smart contracts merges together with our Unity game client. We’ll be periodically updating our community as we develop things further and further. Lots of interesting things to be excited for!

Mr Hubert: Feeling quite excited about this project, sir. I think everyone will love it and support it as well.

We to the last question of the Q-A segment:

What does Floki Inu plan to do to attract more users in the upcoming time?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: I will start with our marketing efforts. Then I’ll turn over to Jackie and Mr. Brown to talk about Valhalla.

As for marketing, we have set aside a budget of $500,000 earmarked for marketing PER MONTH. Our goal on the marketing side of Floki is to make sure EVERYONE knows about Floki. We are making a huge push on YouTube and have lined up several large YouTubers who have talked about Floki and who are going to be talking about Floki.

We are also working on other avenues of marketing, including articles in traditional financial platforms and crypto platforms, locking down more influential Twitter influencers, and finalizing some deals for more traditional marketing. In fact, a big marketing push in Korea and another major metro area have just been negotiated and finalized.

We obviously also plan on continuing our strategic partnerships with utility based cryptocurrencies. We want to make sure that users have many different use cases for their token.

Now I will turn the question over to Jackie and Mr. Brown for their discussion about how Valhalla will attract more holders.

Mr Brown: That’s right Corey.. I even heard some talk of the team upping that budget to 1 Million, but lets keep it at 500.000 to be on the safe side.

Regarding Valhalla and how it will affect and increase Floki demand, the answer is simple: Utility.

Utility is one of the massive drivers of demand for any token. And utility is exactly what we’ll be giving $Floki. The entire Valhalla economy runs on $Floki. Anything you buy in game, costs $Floki. Anything you earn in-game will be paid out in $Floki.

This means that a huge amount of Floki will be constantly flowing in and out of Valhalla effectively decreasing the “regular” circulating supply and increasing demand for Floki.

So basically what we are envisioning is people buying Floki (because you will need it to start playing Valhalla). I think you can imagine how much demand there will be for Floki when non-crypto gamers discover Valhalla.. they will all be standing in line to get some Floki!

Mr Hubert: How wonderful, sir. VCM will make a small contribution to the project support. Nice to do this. 😊

Mr Hubert: We’ll start with the first question: What types of users is “Floki Inu” intended for? Is it simple for a novice investor to understand all the data and information you provide? Or does it require a minimum of knowledge to be able to understand it?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: Floki Inu was intended to be available for any type of user. It is extremely simple to purchase Floki, and the auto staking (reflection) makes receiving rewards seamless.

There are certainly nuances to the token that more advanced investors can take advantage of, like the bridging system. However, from a general standpoint, Floki can be used by anyone.

Jackie will answer the Valhalla part of this question.

Mr Jackie: Great question! And thanks @FallDamage1 for the answer with regards to Floki Inu!

It was mentioned earlier, but to reiterate: the entire ecosystem of Valhalla runs on $FLOKI. This means players will need a certain amount of $FLOKI to get started, but other than that, they can just play the game and earn $FLOKI while playing. You don’t necessarily need any special skills or information to do that, other than knowing how to sign transactions on the blockchain. We have an idea for the future as well, to lower the threshold to play even more!

And while you don’t need any specific knowledge to play the game — you can essentially just mash random buttons in-game and still encounter at Vera at some point… If you do learn to play the game properly, it will definitely boost your rate of earning in the game exponentially! In that sense Valhalla is easy to learn, hard to master!

Mr Hubert: We come to question #2: Every blockchain-based project showcases the benefits of their platform. In the case of “Floki Inu”, what can users benefit and gain from the platform?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: As I have explained before, the benefit to our token is its utility. We are leveraging the meme aspect of our token to drive our community and the hype. Our community is a major benefit to the token. Our partnership with the Million Garden Movement, the Kimbal Musk project, further solidifies our community mindset.

However, the big benefit to holding are the use cases. You can use Floki to purchase from most websites online. You can stake your Floki on the Bank Social platform when it launches. We are also building out utility to the token through our launch of Valhalla, which Mr. Brown will discuss in more detail.

In the case of Valhalla, people will be able to play the game and earn money through the many play-to-earn mechanics

For instance:

- We have the Million Gardens Movement Gardening system: where you can grow crops to sell them to raiding Vikings

- We have the Vera system: where you can buy and sell Vera

- We have the Battle system: where you gain FLOKI upon winning battles and capturing Vera

- We also have ships: which you can buy and trade.

- We have the Item system: Where you can sell your items to other vikings.

Next to these play to earn mechanics and having fun with NFTs while gaming… we have a lot more in store for the future of $FLOKI.

Mr Hubert: We’ll come to the last question in the Twitter section: Partnership is always an important factor for every project. So who is your partner? What are the benefits you get from those relationships?

Mr FallDamageCrypto: Yes. As addressed, we have some major partners. The Million Garden Movement, the Kimbal Musk project, is our most notable. Again, the purpose of this partnership is to combine our communities and our movements. Million Garden Movement actually coined the phrase “two movements become one,” and we completely agree with that. Because we are a project that was launched based on a Elon Musk tweet, having a partnership with his brother is HUGE for us.

Beyond the Million Garden Movement partnership, we have, as stated above, our partnerships with Curate and Crypto Cart which gives our holders the ability to buy real world items with their tokens. With Curate, Floki holders can take advantage of their gasless NFT marketplace. Additionally, with our partnership with Bank Social, Floki holders will soon be able to stake their tokens in return for APY.

Our partnerships are the backbone of our token, and we are not simply stopping with these. We will continue to look for advantageous partnerships as they come available.

Question 1. Staking, Farming and NFTs have proven to be very good ways of attracting users and improving Adoption. What are your thoughts and plans on these features?

You’re right!

We already have 4 Genesis NFTs right now and they are in high demand, as we will be implementing features for them in Valhalla.

Valhalla itself will also run on NFTs, which further solidifies our faith in the future of non fungible tokens as a new asset type within crypto as a whole.

We will also implement staking later on and farming (a part from our staking plans) will be done within the game as well.. as we mentioned the Million Gardens Movement Gardening System within the game.

Question 2. How many people workon bacground or Valhalla

At the time of writing the Valhalla team is comprised of eleven members.

First off, there is @MrBrownwhale, Valhalla’s main NFT strategist. He’s been in blockchain since 2013, and NFTs since 2017. He has been involved in the strategic rollout of many NFT projects as well. One notable example I can think of right now is his current role as a council member of Ether Cards, a project that has raised more than 4 million in presales alone.

Then there’s me (Jackie), the lead blockchain developer. Like @MrBrownwhale, I’ve been in blockchain since 2012, and have been actively working on smart contracts since 2017. Before that, I worked as a software engineer and technical lead on projects ranging from large social networks to anti-fraud transaction processing systems for the traditional finance industry.

Next there are 2 sound engineers with extensive experience not only in gaming, but also in creating musical scores for, among others, Netflix. At Valhalla, we believe sound is one of the most important factors to giving players a well-rounded gaming experience!

Next to sound, there’s of course design. This is a rather broad department comprised of an illustrator, a character modeler, an animator, and an overseeing art director. This is a team that has a combined experience of more than half a century(!) that’s well in tune with one another. They’ve previously worked on projects ranging from commercials to short files, to games and are very excited to bring out the Valhalla vision to your screens!

In addition, there’s of course the game developers. At Valhalla, we have two Unity game developers working on Valhalla that have been working with that engine since ~2008. They’ve seen the good and the bad and will be working on a wonderful game client for Valhalla.

Then there’s Valhalla’s game designer. Mind you, this has nothing to do with visuals but everything to do with tweaking the in-game numbers to make sure that balance is kept in Valhalla. Kind of like Thanos, but nicer.

Furthermore, at Valhalla, we have what we call a “lore master”. She’s putting her more than a decade’s worth of D&D roleplaying into the Valhalla narrative and world history, as well as writhing out the live of the various in-game NPCs.

And finally, Valhalla hasn’t forgotten about quality assurance. We have a QA guy.

Side note: We will be aggressively expanding the team to 20 members.

Question 3. Many new projects make a good impression at first but are suddenly abandoned. My question is, how will you manage the project and the token to get a position in the market and become the best token in the crypto world?

We boast that our project is unruggable. We have many safeguards in place. First, our liquidity is locked for 265 year on both contracts, BSC and ETH. We will never be able to pull out that liquidity. Second, our marketing wallet is multisig, which means that 5 of the 8 individual team members assigned to that wallet must sign off any any transactions. Third, any changes that are made to the contract must be approved me all of the team members before it is implemented. Finally, many of our team members are fully doxxed, including our developers.

As to long term goals, that is one of the reasons for our decision to launch Valhalla. That is a long term project that will require long term work. We already have plans for implementing updates to the game. The revenue from that game will fuel the team’s interest in continue to build on the token and the platform.

Question 4. What are plans in for global expansion? Are you focusing on market at this time or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

We have great plans, as we speak one of our marketing managers is closing in on a major deal which will have an impact on one of the densely populated and vibrant business places on this planet.

Corey mentioned before that we will be using at least 500.000 usd a month for marketing, you can expect that kicking into effect as our plans for world domination commences :)!

Question 5. I’m a developer, and I’m interested in contributing to your project alongsides earning, Do you have any Bug Bounty to check for vulnerabilities?

Great question! There’s no bug bounty yet for Valhalla, because it hasn’t been released yet, but the bug bounty programme will definitely be set up as we approach release. All developers are welcomed with open arms in that programme.
