Mr Chris: Hi everyone! Thanks for you time to attend our AMA program. I am ready to listen to you and answer all of your questions.

Mr Hubert: Hello Phuong and Chris! It’s a pleasure to all of you who participated in the AMA today.

Could you briefly introduce about yourselves as well as your project?

Ms Phuong:

Grayblock Power is developing an eCommerce platform for energy developers to post their clean energy projects, community solar, and local power generation projects that will allow local customers and community members to invest in the projects, stimulate clean energy financing, and accelerate the development of clean energy projects in Alberta, Canada; Binh Duong, Vietnam; New York, USA; UK and globally.

Grayblock Power is a launchpad for renewable energy projects. We offer defi lenders project tokens, based on real energy projects, to stake in yield farms. Yield from real cash generated by energy projects can range from 7% — 15%.

Mr Hubert: How wonderful. The VCM audience is also eager to study the GrayBlock Power project.

Looking forward to have our audiences to know more about the project and the views.

Let’s get to the first question we’d like to know from you.

What makes the GrayBlock Power project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?

Mr Chris: The GrayBlock Power project is the project that helps everyone to have access to electricity in the easiest way. With the reduced cost of using solar energy, people can install it right on their own roof.

Benefit:

+ Widespread electric energy to everyone.

+ Save the cost of using diesel by using solar energy.

+ Everyone will be able to use electricity at a price lower than the price listed by the local government.

+ Hold the project token and help invest in the project platform, develop the clean energy industry.

Token of the project in Vietnam: “GVS”. Each country is a new project and its token will also be different.

We will produce $GVS token, which will play an important role in our ecosystem. GVS is our first energy project, a 1 MW solar in Vietnam which is already generating cashflow. Owning GVS represents your % ownership of the yield accrued from that energy project.

What are the benefits of holding it? You can stake the GVS in the Energy Yield Farm and accrue yield immediately after the IDO ends. GVS will payout based on energy production, forecasted to be a 8% — 10% APR. GVS token can be sold for higher if demand grows for it. GVS supply is fixed.

The GVS token is built on the Smart Chain platform (Bep20). Smart Chain platform has low transaction fees, easy token transfer and receipt, supported by many wallets. The project will build an ecosystem on this platform and list tokens on the Smart Chain Dapp.

GVS Tokens are sold in an IDO, which is then transferred to a legal lender and loaned to an energy project in the real world. When the project owner pays interest to the legal lender, they pay it back to a crypto exchange which then pays the staking smart contract.

Mr Chris: The concept got 3rd price in Dubai Future 2019, backed by the Canadian government and invested by wealthy individuals and experienced energy developers from the UK, Italy, Australia and we have agreed to support New York in their solar project for the community scheduled for later this year.

Our lawyer works with Accounting firm PWC and Law firm Allen Overy to ensure needed compliance.

Our first product is Energy Yield Farming, and our first project is a 1 MW solar (up to 8MWs total depending on demand) in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

We have a pipeline of over 2600MW from Canada, UK, Australia, Italy, Argentina, Africa and Vietnam.

Mr Hubert: Thanks for your sharing. We continue to spend some time with VCM audiences.

What are the memorable milestones of GrayBlock Power in the research and development process?

Mr Chris: The idea got recognised at its early stage in Dubai Future in April 2019, and got 3rd prize

By the end of 2020 we implemented smart contracts like IDOs and staking pool, so that funds are constantly transferred between energy project and staker, and there is little accumulation of funds to hack at all times. We got interests from the blockchain community and renewable developers and investors.

In the last couple of months we are finalising the app and got investments from both the blockchain community and renewable investors.

Mr Hubert: Feeling quite excited about this project, sir. I think everyone will love it and support it as well.

What does GrayBlock Power plan to do to attract more users in the upcoming time?

Ms Phuong: We work hard on many fronts on the media side:

- We’re being interviewed by podcasters, blockchain/renewable community

- We’ll be on The Experience Festival live in October and next Spring

On the Renewables side, we are keeping expanding our network of energy developers from all over the world. At the same time we’re engaging with investors and ensure that they too can benefit from the wide network.

Follow-us on twitter — we will launch and be able to buy the project tokens sometime in September. We will be using legal agreement and full transparency so that there is no risk of rug pull as we would be liable and be able to pursue us.

Question 1. Many investors only care about the value of the coin. However, when most projects start listing, the value often drops seriously. Investors often have to discharge losses and suffer heavy losses. So you how do you prepare for this situation? What benefits will investors get when holding?

Ms Phuong: Very good question! We are doing very low risk to start with The project in Vietnam, Canada, Australia and UK are all ready in operation, therefore we will fail, and the value won’t drop.

Question 2. What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market?

Ms Phuong: We have good renewable projects and good investors. Renewables are needed to make an impact on climate change, therefore the needs will always be there.

Question 3. My question is about your long term marketing plans. How, or through which big partnerships do you plan on utilising to pass your product onto the normal — especially non-crypto people?

Ms Phuong: We are working with Energy developers with 30–40 years experience in renewables, who see the values of blockchain.

Question 4. We investors think about how to win quickly. What will be your advantages for holding your token in the long run?

Ms Phuong: Good question! The first projects in Vietnam, Canada, Australia, UK are making money, so you will win quickly.

Question 5. How safe is your platform? Has there been any Audit so that its safe from bugs and smart contract is fully audited?

Ms Phuong: We haven’t got audit, but we work with the audit for PwC on blockchain side, who supports the compliance site.

Mr Chris: We are also going to include Certik audit — but that takes 6 months min to complete.

Question 6. We see many projects are on paper only and has no real products that can generate revenue to maintain the healthy ecosystem of the project. So, Tell us describely that your project is just not an idea and it’s already has an working products or practical usecases?

Mr Mayur: The Yield is backed by real clean energy. Unlike the other Yield farm which has depreciating Yield, we would have steady yield between 7 to 15%.

Question 7. Do you have any Bug Bounty to check for weakness? In what way do you plan to make Your project more complete?

Mr Mayur: We would love to take community feedback, feel free to join us on telegram and share your thoughts.

Question 8. Most investors only focus on the price of short term instead of the real value of the project. Can you tell me the benefits for long-term for project investors?

Mr Chris: Long term you can earn stable yield from clean energy projects. Those who buy in the secondary market may purchase GVS tokens for more than $1. We will be launching in September and will have limited supply of tokens to offer. Once GVS sells out that is it. Please follow us on Twitter to get updates.

Question 9. How do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not good? Do you have local communities like Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea,… so they can learn easily and better understand your project? Or are you planning something that hasn’t been developed in other regions yet?

Mr Chris: We are building our community — we have several different avenues which include linkedin telegrams and AMAs like these. Please tell your friends who you think would be interested in the first ever energy backed yield farm.

Question 10. Many projects rug pulled and exit scam recently. Why should investors trust in this your project not to do the same?

Mr Mayur: We got investment form Canadian Govt ( Alberta Govt ) and have partnerships with other reputed projects.

Question 11. Are you planning to promote your project in countries / regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project?

Mr Mayur: Yes. We will use the local language if the energy developer is from there to help build the local market their in hte local language.

Question 12. Do you think that your platform has weaknesses? Do you believe that your community and team are strong and can overcome any problem for your platform?

Ms Phuong: The only weakness is what the banks and regulatory would like to implement for Crypto. We are working PwC and law firm Allen Overy worldwide to try prevent problems later.

Question 13. Staking, NFT is very hottest, do you think you will apply NFT technology to your products in the achieved future?

Mr Chris: We will apply Staking for sure — we are also thinking of minting 100 limited addition NFTs for first / largest buyers of the first GVS tokens and they can keep them for free and / or sell them if there is demand for them.

Question 14. Revenue is an important aspect for all projects to survive and maintain the project / company. What is the way to generate profit / revenue of token? What is the income model?

Mr Mayur: We do have revenue model in place. Project would make money to take care of the date to day expenses, development , partnerships maybe potential acquisitions etc.

Question 15. What strategy will you implement to bring non-crypto-natives into your ecosystem? How do you keep a balance between developing the technology and also improving the value of your token?

Mr Chris: We have a strong linkedin following and other sophisticated energy developers who will look to self promote. We are basically transparent green bonds that offer superior yield from traditional finance.

Question 16. Do the token holders have right to the participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

Mr Chris: We will consider it . For now we are launching energy projects with out the governance token. We will seek to launch that in end of Novemember.

Question 17. All project coins have their main utilities & real-life usecase! So, can you tell us What are the main role of your coin in your ecosystem?

Mr Phuong: We help Energy developers fund their project so that they can provide cheap energy to everyone, furthermore everyone can invest in a renewable project.

Question 18. NFT is very hot trend now, do you pretend to catch up with this trend or still follow and focus your original roadmap?

Mr Mayur: We would be speaking at NFT event in New York in Sept/Oct

We would check on how we can add NFT features on our project.

Question 19. What are the ways for your project to generate revenue in the long run?

Mr Mayur: We have our revenue model in place. We are here to stay long term.

Question 20. I have seen that you have done many AMAs, my question is, what do you expect to get from so many AMAs and what are your goals with the community? Do you consider the community to be a fundamental role in the project?

Ms Phuong: This is our second AMA, we’d like to approach many communities to join us and enjoy the benefit of our network.

Question 21. Is your platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or does it only appeal to professional users?

Mr Mayur: We provide stead returns on investment for investors and we help traditional clean energy project get finance.

Bear Run would not impact us as our returns rely on SUN and WIND.

Question 22. BSC is really in trending now because it has low gas fee and high transaction speed. Have you any plan to move on BSC?

Ms Phuong: Yes, in the future we will review the opportunities and assess.

Question 23. What was the biggest milestone your project has? What is plan in the future ?

Ms Phuong: We will launch in September on BSC.

Question 24. So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing right now?

Mr Chris: Our launch is september, we will be on BSC, follow us on twitter to get ahead of the sale and we have over 1 Billion TVL to offer if the demand is there.
