Mr Hubert: Could you briefly introduce about yourselves as well as your project?

Mr Emeka: My name is Emeka I am a the co-founder of TLG and the CEO of First-Kudi and SEFA. I’ve been in the space for the last 4 years as an investor, VC and product Designer. TLG helped incubate Ferrum which we brought to Market. In 2019, we designed and launched First-Kudi, a crypto-fiat platform for the African Market. My background is in pharmaceuticals. I have always been an entrepreneur by trade and I have always tried to stay at the cutting edge of technological innovations.

Mr Germaine: My name is Germaine Ifudu, I am the Co Founder of Project Inverse. Project Inverse is a counter-volatility DeFi protocol that offers users the opportunity to benefit from dips and downward moves in the crypto market.

In addition to my role in Project Inverse, I am the co founder of First Kudi, SEFA Foundation, and TLG Ventures. I have over 10 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Finance, IT and Project Management. We initially incubated Ferrum Network, and helped in delivering FRM’s success today.

Mr IKay: My Name is Ikay Enu, I’m a co-founder of TLG and First-Kudi. I’ve been in the space for the last 4 years as an investor, VC and product Designer. TLG helped incubate Ferrum which we brought to Market. In 2019, we designed and launched First-Kudi, a crypto-fiat platform for the African Market. I’m a physician by trade and I have always tried to stay at the cutting edge of technological innovations.

Mr Hubert: How wonderful, sir. The VCM audience is also eager to study the Inverse project.

What makes the Inverse project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?

Mr Germaine: Very Good question. Project Inverse has a real team, real advisors and partners, and a finished product launching on April 30th. We already have high demand of users and partner projects ready to take advantage of the INVERSE Platform.

Who are some business partner/clients for Inverse?

Mr Emeka: Thanks for asking; we are fortunate to have great business partners, and the list continues to grow. Here are some of them: Ferrum Network, Fusible, Certik, Playcent, X21, Polkabridge etc.

In regards to client’s, anyone can use the platform. Either as stakers, bettors or liquidity providers.

Mr Hubert: Those are great partners. I think everyone is quite satisfied with this answer. 👍

What are the memorable milestones of Inverse in the research and development process?

Mr IKay: Project Inverse conducted a very successful IDO and Token launch 🚀 in early March with the help of Ferrum Network. We also released a series of NFTs related to our platform which were widely successful with our community. Finally, on April 30th, in the next two weeks, we will be releasing the full platform to the public.

Users will be able to bet against the upward or downward movement of the most popular DeFi assets on the market and earn additional XIV.

Question 1. Can you introduce the INVERSE ecosystem? What services / infrastructure does the INVERSE ecosystem include and what the project is headed for?

Inverse is a counter-volatility DeFi protocol that allows users to bet against or inline with the movement of popular coins.

Question 2. Do the token holders have right to participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

Not as of yet. However it is something we are looking into.

Question 3. What is, in the team’s eyes, the single most important thing on a technical and on a business/acquisition level to develop in 2020?

Continue to build out the project by been innovative, and of course constant marketing.

Question 4. To archieve a good performance the interoperability is absolutely necessary, so can you tell me how is possible to INVERSE have that Awesome interoperability? Which is the technology responsable of this?

Inverse is built on Ethereum, as the platform develops, we will consider Layer 2 solutions.

Question 5. How many countries/regions/jurisdictions is INVERSE targeting to implement its solution?

We are targeting the whole world. It is a true DeFi platform😊

Question 6. What’s the focus of the now? Build and develop products, win customers and users or partnerships? Are there any plans to burn or block unsold tokens? control flexibility, cost and security?

Very good question. Everything mention here is exactly what we are doing.

Question 7. Almost 80% investors have just focused on price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?

XIV is a finite token with only a 90 Million supply. Users will be incentivized to buy and hold this token as users continue to buy it for use on the platform and to add liquidity to the liquidity pool.

Question 8. Staking is a great way to hold investors and rewards user. Does your project support staking?

Question 9. Do you have any Coin Burn/BuyBack systems or any Token Burn plans to increase the value of the Token and attract Investors to invest?

That is a good question. However, you can see due to incredible token metrics the XIV tokens are minimal so that the price can increase with more usage of the token.😊

Question 10. Can you tell us about the motivation and benefits for investors to keep the INVERSE token in the long run? What plans do you have to help drive the demand and scarcity of the INVERSE token?

Our supply is minimum and in order to use the platform, you need the XIV token. We also have a very attractive LP program to further limit the supply.

Question 11. How the demand of your token will increase in the future? or what steps would you take to increase the demand?

The demand of the token will increase because it is finite with a minimal supply. Users need the token to use on the platform so as use of the platform continues to grow and users continue to buy our token, the price will naturally increase.

Question 12. What is INVERSE fairness and transparency? What technology of INVERSE helps ensure fairness and transparency for users?

It is a DeFi platform, meaning it is triggered by smart contracts.

Question 13. I SAW THAT SECURITY & PRIVACY ARE THE MAIN FEATURES OF your platform that’s great. Tell us in details about what programmable technology & security developed by your team to build the platform very secure?

🔵 The crypto and DeFi space is fast moving and highly volatile. These assets are often subject to frequent and rapid dips in price which can result in profound losses for market participants.

To help solve this problem, we have created a protocol that offers users the opportunity to stake against the frequent dips in price of select DeFi coins without having to hold those assets.

With the INVERSE protocol and its native XIV token, non-traders are offered the ability to speculate on the volatility of select assets dur- ing selloffs, dips, or downward turns in the crypto markets

🔵 INVERSE (https://projectinverse.com/) is a DeFi platform that provides an array of smart-contract features with integrated time-based options. Users have the opportunity to speculate on the drop in value of a suite of DeFi coins by utilizing the multiple tracking vaults on the platform. XIV, the protocol’s native token, is used to unlock these vaults, and then staked within these vaults for no more than 7 days.

As their name implies, these vaults track the real-time price movements of select DeFi tokens (i.e. COMP, AAVE, UNI, YFI). After 7 days, if the value of the DeFi asset being tracked has dropped by a certain percentage, the user will gain a significant percentage yield on the amount of XIV held within the tracking vault.

If the price of the DeFi asset does not drop in value beyond the pre- determined percentage by the end of the 7-day staking period, the user will forfeit a portion of their staked XIV. Rewards will be automatically disbursed to the user’s web3 browser wallet at the end of the 7-day staking period. Ultimately, INVERSE offers users the option to hedge against the volatility of select crypto assets.

Question 14. How is the XIV token used? How to keep motivated to hold XIV tokens for a long term?

XIV is used in “tracking vaults” to bet against or in-line with the movements of popular crypto assets such as UNI, AAVE, LINK. Users earn additional XIV from staking for 1 , 3 or 7 days in these tracking vaults.

Question 15. NFT is very hot trend now, do you pretend to catch up with this trend or still follow and focus your original roadmap? create values, not create TREND!

We released our own NFT during IDO launch. Our first NFT was called “Vault Ship One”. We will definitely incorporate NFT tokens on our platform.

Question 16. Currently most investors only care about profits at the moment but ignore the long-term benefits. So can you give them some advice why they should buy and hold this token/coin in the long term?

Great question, we believe totally in community. It’s better to make profits with a community than to make it by yourself. We know how a community can make or break a project. This is why we have users earn from the profits that are made on the platform through LP.😊

Question 17. I see your project has several partnerships but who are the main partners? What are the benefits of partnering with the INVERSE ecosystem? What is in the future you will reach?

Our main partnership is with Ferrum Network. They help to incubate us and conduct our IDO. We will be featuring partner projects on our platform for 30days through a mechanism called Flash Vaults which will allow uses to speculate on the price movement of these coins.

Question 18. NFT is considered to be the next crypto industry trend after DeFi. Can you share your opinion on the NFT? Where do you see the future evolution of NFT’s features and capabilities in the coming years?

We are very much fans of NFTs and also released our own NFT called Vault Ship One during our IDO. We will be adding NFT tokens to our tracking vaults in the future.

Question 19. Most projects have to go through certain difficulties and challenges, what difficulties do you face and how do you overcome them?

Question 20. Southeast Asia is a very vibrant market and many project developed here so with your project what do you think about Southeast Asia and do you have any plan to develop here?

We love South East Asia and understand many individuals there are at the cutting edge of the crypto space. We would love to have users of our platform from South East Asia because we know they will bring great awareness to this very broad community.

Question 21. Do you have a mechanism that protect buyers from getting scammed? How do you resolve such dispute?

We encourage all users to ensure that they are using the correct and appropriate app before the send XIV to the platform. The platform is decentralized so unless it is as a result of a code malfunction, users are ultimately responsible for the protection of their own funds. Please read Terms and Conditions on platform.

The platform is decentralized and currently open sourced. With regards to governance, we plan to visit that in the future as the platform continues to grow.

Question 22. Tell us about your plans for 2021, what are you currently focus on?…and are you going to expand the list of giant exchanges?
