1. Please introduce yourself and what’s your current role in Lynkey project

Hello everyone, glad to e-meet you all.

My name is Jason H. Jang, and currently taking a position as Ambassador of Lynkey.

I’ve been working with blockchain for past seven years mainly in Korea and also in many other countries.

My work include, government level of development, NGO organization like ADO(alternative development organization) and GBO(global blockchain organization).

From the mining farm to crypto exchange, practically I covered most of the blockchain and crypto business past 7 years.

My specialty is building the structure of crypto, creating the market entry for blockchain business, and coin and token building and listing.

So now you know what I will do for Lynkey.

2. As we know, all investors want to know more about the Team background as a few people, including me, believes in the leader and way of execution rather than the idea, could you tell me about your team members ?

We are very lucky to say that our project brings the most amazing people in business and blockchain fields.

Chair Woman- Cindy Le:

she is an professional in different fields, specialized in Operation and Business development.

She used to be the representative of many groups in Vietnam and other countries in the world and earned her expertise in property management as well as various fields especially trade negotiation in European and American market.

Non-Executive-Chairman-Dinis Guarda:

He is an author, academic, influencer, serial entrepreneur, and leader in 4IR, AI, Fintech, digital transformation and Blockchain. With over two decades of experience in international business, C level positions and digital transformation.

Dinis has worked with new tech, cryptocurrencies, drive ICOs, regulation, compliance, legal international processes, and has created a bank, and been involved in the inception of some of the top 100 digital currencies.

COO -Henry Bui:

He has an enriching experience in Finance, Securities, and Management.

He has fit himself into various roles, like advisory, chairmanship, and CEO, evolving himself during the course, and advising about the guidance and the tactic while working in these positions.

Being a part of corporations like DCC Group, KTT Group, TLF Group, TrustKeys and Deputy General Manager of Trust Wallet Vietnam, Henry is specialized in the financial and management plans.

CTO- Tony Hua:

He has more than 16 years of experience in technology and tech startup as Founder/CTO/CPO, Tony Hua’s career has spanned through the diverse and varied realms of software outsourcing, software solution provision for retail and e-commerce, blockchain loyalty marketing programs, school communication platform, and a collaborative suite for business and applications.

3. Tell us something about Lynkey in brief, just as an introduction.

LynKey is created to transform real-estate and the global travel and tourism industry by integrating real assets and smart contract. Our platform offers the following solutions:

1. Smart property + Time Sharing / Lease Tokenization Opportunity solutions and services.

Property, projects act as world-class assets that we will lease with NFTs and other blockchain driven services. Property contract rights are tokenized through our platform and marketplace and we charge small fees for that.

2. Our LYNK Token will be used as a point system when renting hotel and their tourism ecosystem solutions. Our token holders can buy and sell these digital tokens easily on crypto exchanges and use it within our ecosystem.

3. LynKey Marketplace will manage these services and ecosystems to create digital marketplace for everyone.

#1. What is the current progress of the project? What have you achieved in the market?

We are continuously focused on building LYNK ecosystem, finalizing all products that mentioned in our roadmap, especially NFT marketplace and start to attract users into our ecosystem.

So far, Lynkey has:

— 214,290 Lynkey wallet users:

— A community with 82k+ members on Telegram channel

— Since going public the average trading volume has been around average $300k to $500k per day;

— Our market cap has been between 30 to 45 million and over all diluted between $125 million and 150 million

The current situation was actually a blessing. This will give us time to think more carefully about use cases, customers, and marketing.

We have built a really excellent international team that are working purely for tokens to handle community building, outreach to partners and customers, and marketing. It also made the project much stronger, more professional, and focused on what the market really needs.

NFT: Tourism & Timeshare

Right to use and license tourism travel NFTs experiences for a number of days for a period of time which will/ could be repeated yearly

NFT: Property Lease

Right to use NFT property to lease an entire property, asset or luxury products that belongs to LynKey ecosystem for the whole project duration.

Marketplace + Exchange + DeFi

Buying, selling, renting, exchanging, and lending features for token and NFTs of premium holiday properties.

The LynKey platform offers a “smarter” experience, whether you’re a property developer in the tourism industry hoping to profit from a foreign market or a world traveler interested in utilizing the power of blockchain to make your tourism experiences much richer, more unique and more enjoyable, reducing the hassle in the process, efficiently on the marketplace, or you find yourself interested in fractional ownership because you believe in it.

These are the few points that I can think of right now, and digital marketplace with the system and platform will expand continuously.

#3. What motivated the creation of this project and how far do you think it would go in creating the solutions required?

We want to disrupt the traditional tourism and property industry.

We believe that the transparency and decentralized nature of blockchain offers a unique opportunity for the tourist, the business traveler, and the international property clients to have trust and low friction costs in the transactions.

We hope to create an entire ecosystem involving global properties, that will offer tourists more incentives, help streamline the international property use and purchasing process for developers, address timeshare flaws, and more.

The ultimate goal is to also create an entire DeFi ecosystem where members can do more than just trade or transfer value with LynKey utility tokens.

We continue to work with partners and affiliates to expand our ecosystem including property developers, travel agencies, hotel and hospitality chains, tourism operators, timeshare owners, and others to build LYNKEY ecosystem.

#4. A strong community not only brings interesting ideas to the project but also attracts larger partners. So how planning to build its community? And is there a plan to recruit people with Blockchain experience to the team?

The community plays an important part of the Lynkey ecosystem — this is one of the reasons why we are active to organize AMA with other communities and internal AMA once at least once per month.

A strong community is important to any token project and we encourage our followers to join our AMA and minigames, retweet the tweets from @LynKey_, spread the word on various forums and social media platforms to earn LYNK rewards.

In addition, we’re releasing a lot of articles on Medium, Twitter and Linkedin regarding NFT, metaverse and blockchain to help our community members gain more knowledge in this sector.

As a Lynkey ambassador, I visit our Telegram channel often to hear the kinds of ideas and concerns and needs that the community is expressing as well.

Lynkey has been audited by Certik- a leader in blockchain security auditing, through careful and thorough analysis and comments to reduce the risk of LYNKEY being hacked or using errors affecting the token price.

We also provide our information such as the team’s wallet addresses and code audit report on our social media so that everyone can double check.

On a daily basis, we also keep community updated as frequently as possible to make sure users are on the same page with us during the development and operation process.

Q1. Is the platform suitable for every kind of user? Who are the potential customers? Are you mainly focusing on big investors or small investors?

Yes our platform is for everyone in tourism and property industry and anyone in it. This means it includes everyone comes into our platform is equally benefited with our system.

Our potential customers are in two main areas: tourism and real estate.

Most of the business are focusing on heavy investors but we are also focus on our user

Q2. How does project increase the token’s value, liquidity and utility ? So that it can lead to an increase in token prices ? What is your plan to make your project stable and provide the highest return for investors in the long term ?

Token value increase happened in two ways:

1. market pumping with direct capital injection

2. platform utilization to make the token usable

We concentrate both way; however, in long term it’ll be platform driven

Making our platform stable will be achieved by continuous development and integration of product within our platform

If this plan goes right, then long term investor will be happy with all the benefit they received along the way.

Q3. What are the benefits of holding your token as long term investment? Can you tell us about the motivation and benefits for investors to keep the your token in the long run?
