Hubert: It’s a pleasure to all of you who participated in the AMA today.

Hubert: Could you briefly introduce about yourselves as well as your project?

David: Absolutely! My name is David, I’m from the beautiful Austria and have been a crypto enthusiast since early 2017. I’m a core team member of the RMPL project and I’m responsible for marketing and communication around RMPL.

About RMPL:

RMPL is a decentralized (ERC20) cryptocurrency with an elastic supply model.

$RMPL reaches a supply-price equilibrium with its randomized rebasing. As a result, the volatility is in the token supply, not the price. A holder’s ownership of the network always remains the same, as wallet balances are globally altered in proportion to changes in demand.

$RMPL is designed to eventually reach a stable price of $1 (+CPI inflation). For that to happen the market cap needs to be way higher than it is now. To get closer to $1, rebasing is introduced. This means, when the price is above $1.05 and a rebase happens, the total supply is increased. Every holder has now more $RMPL which, theoretically, should increase the selling pressure and drive the price closer to $1. The higher the price is, the higher is the rebase percentage. If the price is below $0.95 the supply is decreased and buying pressure should drive the price up closer to $1 again.

Let’s get to the first question we’d like to know from you.

What makes the RMPL project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?

David: You probably have heard the idea around elastic supply and rebasing before.

Our main advantage in comparison to similar protocols is the randomization of the rebase time (random time between 0 and 48 hours after last rebase). Because of this unpredictable element we can help protect crypto investors such as yourself and prevent manipulation by bots and whales.

Besides the main goal to reach a stable price around $1 we are also building a whole ecosystem around RMPL. We just recently shared some products we are working on like a payment solution and our own RMPL exchange.

Hubert: I enjoy your project of the supply-demand mechanism that you bring.

Who are some business partner/clients for RMPL ?

David: We just recently partnered with the Asian BiKi exchange.

BiKi is going to be the first Centralized Exchange that’s going to list RMPL.

The listing process of RMPL is rather complicated because of the random rebase. BiKi offered to work with our developers together and they were able to find a solution.

Furthermore BiKi will run a huge marketing campaign in China, Russia, Vietnam and Korea. This includes media coverage with top media firms, regular updates about news we share and continuous AMAs with their communities on telegram and wechat.

We are also looking into partnerships with other projects in order to bring more utility to RMPL.

What are the memorable milestones of RMPL in the research and development process?

David: Our first major milestone was the very successful launch we had. We managed to reach top 2 volume on Uniswap and keep consistently high volume.

Our community is growing stronger everyday — we are now at 3100+ telegram members and 2500+ token holders just 10 days after launch.

Our marketing campaign via influencers and through different community AMAs is also constantly ongoing.

Next milestones we are working on:

Short term:

- RMPL Cradle release (liquidity staking through Uniswap). The launch of the Cradle is scheduled for next week. This will push our liquidity even higher and give participants more incentives to hold long term.

- More exchange listings — we have a meeting scheduled for Monday with a major and very well-known exchange that our community will love!

Long term:

- DeFi: We have a wide network that we’re leaning on to start with our partnerships, for example, one of our co-founders is the CTO of a large point of sale software development company, we can develop a wallet to take payments in any currency and convert to RMPL on the fly for storage for when they are ready to do their end of month reconciliation — where it’s stable, and not unstable like Bitcoin or Eth.

- Yield farming is another field we are not only looking into but already have concrete plans for.

- As it is rather complicated to implement RMPL into centralized exchanges because of the random rebase, we started to develop our own RMPL CEX. We are able to offer lower fees and with those fees we would feed the ecosystem and reward stakers or execute buybacks and token burns to support long-term price stability of $RMPL .This also makes it easier for other exchanges to implement RMPL as we can provide some sort of blueprint.

- Gamification around RMPL like betting on the next rebase time.

We will have share detailed plans and timelines about those milestones soon.

Hubert: What does RMPL plan to do to attract more users in the upcoming time?

David: I think i partly touched on the subject in the previous question.

We are constantly working on marketing to introduce RMPL to a wieder audience. We are also partnered with different marketing firms like BiKi to bring exposure to investors all around the globe.

We will run more community competitions as well. This way our community will get rewarded for their efforts and more investors will learn about RMPL.

You can buy on Uniswap right now.

We will soon list on BiKi exchange.

More exchanges coming later this month.

To “stake” you just hold your RMPL in any erc20 wallet and you will receive the random rebase.

Next week we will also have liquidity staking through the RMPL Cradle.

Question 2. How secured is your smart contracts code, did you ever audit it via any third party?

Yes! Besides our awesome devs at RMPL we are also auditing the code by a known third party auditor.

The audit is expected to be released in 1–2 weeks

Question 3. What’s the advantages of becoming a LIQUIDITY PROVIDERS IN RMPL

Right now if you provide liquidity on Uniswap you will earn a share of the trading fees.

Starting next week you will be able to stake Uniswap Liquidity tokens on the RMPL Cradle. This way you will earn additional RMPL according to the duration of your stake and your weight in the network.

Question 4. This elastic supply mechanism can work well on Dex like Uniswap, but how does RMPL intend to achieve large centralized exchanges with this type of model? Is it possible to see RMPL being traded on major exchanges?

As i said before we are working actively with exchange devs on this problem.

It’s is rather difficult to list on CEXes but there is a solution.

Question 5. ❤️There exist a similar project like you called REBASED, with so many similarities like the elastic supply and DeFi focus, can be consider them a competitor? What are you competitive advantages?

❤️ Considering that the RMPL is a Erc20, do you have plans to migrate to your own Mainnet? This can affect your rebase system?

Q1:

Yes there are lots of competitors or even clones coming.

We think that our rebase system is still very unique. Furthermore we have a large team of experienced developers, marketers… which puts us ahead of the competition.

+ Competition is good and important in order to improve a project.

Q2:

Yes, ethereum has many problems right now. But with ETH 2.0 releasing soon(ish) we don’t really see the need in an own blockchain.

Question 6. How do you calculate the Rebase Amount? Is it fixed daily or hourly?

Our formula:

(current price — base target price) * wallet balance / (base target price * lag factor)

Example: At a current price of $1.30, lag factor 10.00, the updated wallet balance would be adjusted by: (1.30–1) * 100 / (1 * 10) = 3

The new wallet balance would be 103 $RMPL.

Sure!

Question 9. You said RMPL price is always Rebased to $1, so how will investors now make money?

The ultimate goal is to achieve a stable price around $1.

But in order to achieve that the marketcap needs to be WAY higher.. with our current cap we are right at the beginning.

If you buy now, you buy a percentage share of the marketcap which will always stay the same if you don’t sell or buy any coins.

So right now we are at about $10M cap, when the market cap reaches $100M you would have 10x’d your money. The price is probably still the same at around $1 but the market cap is way higher.

For marketcap comparison you can look at our competitor which i assume is well known here.

Question 10. Can you explain how RMPL rebase works? How to get resuly of The calculation that result next token supply?

Yes, in order to receive the rebase you just need to hold the tokens in any wallet.

The rebase works like this: at a random time, the rebase function is executed. Now the smart contract alters every token holders wallet according to the rebase percentage. Now you have the new amount in your wallet. There is not transaction needed for this — it all is executed via the smart contract.
