Mr Hubert: It’s a pleasure to all of you who participated in the AMA today.
Hubert: Could you briefly introduce about yourselves as well as your project?
Mr Michael: The Scalpex exchange (https://scalpex.com/) is a one-of-a-kind peer-to-peer trading platform, offering leveraged buy and sell contracts with some of the lowest commissions on the market, leverage of up to x100, an institutional-grade matching engine, industry-leading security and automated strategy options based on a unique variety of trading robots.
We are a company that has been on the trading arena for quite some time now,. We have especially been actively involved on BitMEX.
A year ago we began developing our very own cryptocurrency exchange platform — Scalpex.com
Currently we have created the alpha version of the exchange and are in an active testing process
The unique features of our exchange are as follows:
- Automated trading robots, integrated into the platform
- Low comissions
- Unique contracts that offer traders more trading abilities and fun.

What makes the Scalpex Exchange project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?
Mr Michael: First of all, we are concentrating on unique automated trading strategies and robots, which are not yet available on the crypto-market. Second of all, we offer unique market conditions — low comissions and tight spreads. We are able to offer this, as we are actively trading on other exchanges, and picking the top liquidity available. Last but not least, we develop modern contract types, such as betting on volativilty and other types of contracts with a non-linear payout.
We believe that an average trader will find trading with us much more interesting and profitable, even in a flat market.

Who are some business partner/clients for Scalpex Exchange?
Mr Michael: We have finalized our agreements with two top market makers, who provide us with liquidity, and we are actively in contact with other market participants.
When it comes to marketing, we are in touch with the top media platforms in the indutry, such as Coinmarketcap, Etherscan, Cointelegraph, Tradingview and many well-known Youtube bloggers. Additionally, we are active on a few Telegram channels, similar to yours.

What are the memorable milestones of Scalpex Exchange in the research and development process?
Mr Michael: The most important part was, of course, the beginning. We were approaching this project for a while, and began with a side-product — ScalpexIndex.com
We wanted to check, whether we could deliver something useful to the community, and even more so — to check our marketing capabiltiies. After a poitive Scalpexndex feedback, we began creating the exchange, and the most important milestone here so far, was the release of the aplha version in May. We granted exchange access to a limited number of traders, in order to test the technical component and the interface of the product.
We are currently receiving positive feedback from our customers and finding, as well as resolving, some minor inconsistencies and issues.
As for the future — the upcoming major milestone is the public launch of the beta version in the end of September, followed by the implementation of all major exchange features, the addition of trading pairs and instruments.

Mr Hubert: What does Scalpex Exchange plan to do to attract more users in the upcoming time?
Mr Michael: First of all, we are focusing on marketing investment and the building of a community to let the world know about our exchange 🙂 The focus will be on implementing bounty programs, drops and tournaments in order to attract more people to the exchange.
Another important thing to work on is, of course, the development and amelioration of features we have outlined above.

Mr Michael: Oh wow, indeed — many questions! I have picked out 10 and will proceed to answer them now. Plase give me a few minutes 🙂
Question 1. With the ‘automatic strategies’ feature from Scalpex users can create their own robot which can trade 24/7 using predefined algorithms. How could I choose the algorithms that fit the most with my trading style? Is it explained how each algorithm was created what they are based on?
We do not currently have plans to allow our users to create their own robots, because it is very complicated and takes a lot of knowledge. Furthermore, the market already has solutions to implement your own robots, but they are not very popular due to the reasons outlined earlier. Our idea is to offer top-quality strategies, which will definitely be profitable under certain market regimes. Basically, trading based on our robots is all about users choosing the right strategy for the current market regime. Our platform displays the historical performance of each strategy, and the user is free to select what fits them best at the moment. We will also grant personal settings to customize the strategy according to user preference.
Question 2. Will this project really have the durability of only 3 YEARS? why develop such a short project? Or simply in that time Scalpex estimates that the SXE tokens will be exhausted?
The Scalpex project does not have an expiration date and does not depend on the SXE token. We have planned that within the upcoming 3 years we will burn 50% of all tokens to prevent price dumps. This is known as a deflation effect. Our aim in token emission is to raise initial investment and attract a loyal audience. After 3 years, this audience will still have a token, backed by real money, derived from the exchange’s revenue.
Question 3. I understand that an amount of my $ SXE tokens will be burned in each operation, how much will be the minimum and maximum amount of tokens that I can operate without having considerable losses due to the burning?
The tokens you bought can not be burnt. We only burn tokens that we have bought ourselves from the market. Every time there is revenue on the exchange, our software buys the tokens from the current order book for this amount in USD. Thereafter, these tokens are burnt in order to prevent their potential sale, which will cause a price decline. This mechanism ensures stable token growth, backed by US dollars.
Question 4. Does scalpex accept KYC from countries all over the world? Or are there some restricted countries?
We do not accept countries under US sanctions. We also do not accept traders from the US. We will require KYC for significant withdrawal amounts (over 10,000 USD). We are determined to conduct all our business within legal limits.
Current cryptocurrency law change frequently, and are unstable. We work with different regulators in various jurisdictions to obtain operating permissions wherever possible.
Question 5. What are the 2–3 major points you want to highlight to us about SXE through this AMA?
First and foremost, token holders are naturally private investors of the exchange, and we grant them full transparency. The SXE token price is organically controlled by the exchange’s revenue, and can not be manipulated by other market forces.
Question 6. As we all know, most projects have a few story behind the scene when they started. Can you tell us the story behind Scalpex?
We began our crypto-business in 2017 as a prop-shop. We have done successful market making on many exchanges, and this remains our core business.
Our team works together for over 8 years. We have been part of many spheres, including online advertisement, traffic systems, RTB etc. We know how to build high-load low-latency systems, based on many years of experience.
Question 7. Regulation is very important to run bussiness at this point is an exchange, so did Scalpex have the right and legal regulation to run bussines?
We have registered in the BVI. This jurisdiction allows us to operate our cryptocurrency exchange without a license. This is the most tolerant jurisdiction for this type of business at the moment.
Question 8. These days most exchanges are not transparent enough, and report trading volume that are unreal and altered just to lure in more users, why should we trust Scalpex? and do you promise not to also go in the same direction?
We display real trading volume, but from time to time trades can also happen between robots and market makers. Some people may consider this artificial volume, but we do not see it that way, as all market participants have equal rights.
Furthermore, our current market makers lose certain amounts of money as they are set to be more trader-friendly. By doing so, we take on a risk of arbitrage, but we do not expose the API to other robots for now, in order to keep the market as user-friendly as possible.
Trades amid robots are essential for liquidity kickstart on a young exchange.
Our motto is to be 100% transparent in what we do.
Question 9. More users are more concerned with the value of tokens than technology. So how does Scalpex (SXE) strike a good balance between technological development and token value enhancement?
The purpose of token emission is to avoid fund/private investments, as we want to be free in taking our decisions and implementing our strategy.
Basically, the token is solely an initial investment, but our main project is the exchange. Therefore, we will control the price of the token to prevent price manipulations and spikes. We want the token to reflect the real financial situation of the exchange.
Question 10. What is the usage of SXE token in the scalpex exchange platform?
— The token will be used to lower the commissions on the exchange
- The token will increase in value, granting token holders additional income
