Could you please tell us a little about yourself and TradeStars?

Mr Chris: Yes!

I’m Chris, software engineer and entrepreneur. I love tech and I’ve been in the blockchain space for +4yr now. Mainly in the gaming industry. I contributed to many projects like Decentraland.org Decent.bet, Popchest, and others before starting TradeStars.

About TradeStars. We’re creating a new category in the blockchain space. TradeStars is a Fantasy Sports platform powered by the Ethereum and Polygon layer 2 blockchains where users can trade digital assets that represent real-life events and athletes’ performances.

We are gamifying DeFi economic incentives with a fantasy stocks platform where users can express their passion for sports, compete against each other with true digital ownership, transparency, liquidity, and decentralization.

I am Anshul, a full-stack marketer and currently heading Marketing at TradeStars.

I have helped 15+ domestic and international brands with branding and communication over 4 years. I have prior experience of consulting brands like Marico, Wipro Consumer Care, Officer’s Choice Blue Whiskey & ITC to name a few. My expertise involves strategy & planning, brand management, social media and content marketing.

Mr Hubert: How wonderful, sir. The VCM audience is also eager to study the TradeStars project.

Let’s get to the first question we’d like to know from you.

There is a strong focus on creating a community-powered decentralized fantasy experience, how will you attract this initial community?

Mr Anshul: Our community is an integral part of TradeStars ecosystem & we have always some very exciting set of actions planned.

For example, at present we are celebrating our fundraise event with the community and have an ongoing Fundraise Giveaway (Pool worth $2000) for the community https://t.me/TradeStarsCommunity/205

We always have quiz/contest to engage and reward the community

In the coming months we will have leaderboards and Fantasy Contests with daily, monthly and in special gaming contests rewards.

Users will be also able to stake their TSX tokens to enter the contests.

Real-time portfolio rewards, referral/affiliate campaigns, adding to the dividends distribution, are some of the actions to attract the community.

Can you tell us a bit more about TradeStars and it’s features?

Mr Anshul: Absolutely!.

TradeStars is the Nasdaq for Fantasy Sports. A platform that rewards the sports fans for their knowledge. With a unique trading experience tied to sports real-life performances of the athletes.

We implemented a new concept based on Fractional NFTs. Each NFT represents the real-life athletes’ performance, and works similar to a liquidity pool on DeFi platforms.

Users are able to buy/sell fractions of those Fractional NFTs and the supply and liquidity is provided by the AMM algorithm on the smart contracts.

Some of the features we have implemented in current testnet are

- Almost instant + gasless transactions

- Liquid fractional NFT markets. Managed by an AMM algo for seamless athletes’ shares price discovery.

- Multi deposit, FIAT onramp ready. We support multiple FIAT deposits and direct to Layer2 with Onramp integrations.

- It’s a community governed game. Thanks to the TSX . The token gets liquidity mined by the real users of the game.

What are the advantages of TradeStar’s platform compared to other fantasy trading platforms?

Mr Chris: Well , very interesting question.

Compared to the traditional Daily Fantasy Sports our proposition is for a more realtime and social gaming experience. If you look at DFS you have to pick a team / enter a contest / compete. When games start you just look and wait for outcomes.

Our idea is running a 7x24 hour real-time platform where you can interact with by buying / selling fantasy stocks of your favorite players building and maintaining your portfolio.

We envision that this will happen in real time while you’re following the games. Ie . The game rewards if a striker makes a goal, and that guy is not on the pitch yet. Well, we expect that if he’s going to enter the game users can go and buy / sell his fantasy shares at the very moment before he enters to play

This is a huge difference in gaming experience over traditional DFS in terms of users’ experience. Also the game economics based on dividend rewards, governance of the platform by the users, and the decentralized, transparent, secure and liquid experience for the players makes this comparable to DeFi vs traditional CeFi.

Mr Hubert: Feeling quite excited about this project, sir. I think everyone will love it and support it as well.

What will the future of TradeStars in the decentralized revolution look like? Can you talk to us about your roadmap?

Mr Anshul: Great question!.

We have many ideas and soon to be released a detailed roadmap. To name some:

Question 1. Is Your project a Global project ?

Is any of the local communities restricted from contributing to the project ?

We are a fantasy sports platform.

So as sports is global we are too.

We are a platform for Sports and Crypto enthusiasts.

Question 2. Community is the heart of every project. So, as a member of your platform how can I contribute my share to your success?

Question 3. Binance smart Chain blockchain is having high transaction speed and cheap gas fees, Are you planning to launch your mainet or switch to other blockchains in the future?

We will consider launching next sports 🙂

Question 4. Without an working products any idea has zero value. We see many projects are on paper only and no product. So, kindly ensure us that your project is just not an idea and it’s already has an working products or practical usecases?

Our project is already live on the testnet.

Question 5. Do you have a Global ambassador Program or any Reward System? Does I get any benefit from holding this token for long term?

We’re using the token for mainly ingame rewards, and governance. The a huge % of the TSX will be introduced to the community via liquidity mining.

Rewarding users that invested and hold fantasy stocks in their portfolios.

The rate of this rewards will be not only influenced by the stake but also the athletes real life performance.

Then TSX could be used and staked in the game to access or unlock different features and also for participating in governance of the platform.

Question 6. In the Asia region, this is an important market to expansion. With your project, do you have plan to expand your business in the Asia region?

The first sport on TradeStars is Cricket and south asia has a huge following for Cricket.

Question 7. What your plans in place for global expansion, are you focusing on only market at this time? Or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

We’re focusing on the cricket market now but next steps is to add soccer and esports too 🙂 stay tunned!

Question 8. Do you agree that a large and active Community is a key factor for the success of any project? Your project has completed quite successfully, but do you have some plans to benefit your community in your future plan?

Question 9. What are your priorities for 2021 ? Do you have any roadmap?

Launched TradeStars v1 in Jan ’20 before COVID hit sports in March. We step back a bit then and use the time to focus on strategic partnerships and reaching out to what could be next verticals to add such e-sports in the meantime.

Since sports are back hopefully for good now, since september we resumed at full speed our original plans.

So, last December we launched the v2.0 testnet in parallel with a bug bounty campaign that rewards the users who help us improve the platform by finding bugs or making suggestions for improvements.

April ’21 we target to launch TradeStars v2.0 on mainnet that will be loaded with exciting features and pretested with the community to give an enhanced experience.

Once the mainnet is launched we will have additional features and new sports additions almost, daily fantasy contests, in-game TSX staking rewards, and we will also be listing the TSX token for trading late April.

Question 10. Is your platform suitable for Crypto beginners?Or does it only limited for professional users?

Our platform is for Sports Fans, with the mainnet launch we will also have the feature to deposit fiat currency. So it is for everyone and not only limited professional users.

Question 11. Unfortunately, many projects have penetrated the market with white papers just without real use cases. What is the main purpose of your coin?

The token is the main unit economic. It aligns internal and community incentives and drives engagement to the platform. Also , we currently have 25K users in the platform already and deploying new features every week . I believe we’re showing a real use case for the token and utility.

Question 12. Most questions you receive during series of AMA hosted by your team is mostly centered around your products and services. I will like to take a twist by asking what you really expect in return from your community members?

That they use, love and challenge this. They are the ones that will help us build the platform in the long run.

Question 13. What is the structure of this project, is it decentralised or a open sourced protocol where everybody can contribute? If so, how does the governance plan on being handled?

Nice question, this is a decentralized platform, and governance will help us shape the future of this. There are a lot of work to be done to reach a place where we fully decentralize all but I expect that to happen here.

Question 14. What is the role of token in the ecosystem? Where can users currently buy it, and what would be its use?

Is the main unit economic. Introduced by liquidity mining, it can be used for staking rewards inside the platform and has governance power.
