Mr Michael: Hello everyone =) Nice to meet you
Mr Hubert: It’s a pleasure to all of you who participated in the AMA today.
Could you briefly introduce your project?
Mr Michael: It was an unbelievable experience
The Scalpex exchange (https://scalpex.com/) is a one-of-a-kind peer-to-peer trading platform, offering leveraged buy and sell contracts with some of the lowest commissions on the market, leverage of up to x100, an institutional-grade matching engine, industry-leading security and automated strategy options based on a unique variety of trading robots.
We are currently in process of searching for investment and conducting an IEO for our Scalpex Token (SXE). Half of all earned commissions are going towards marketing — we buy the token and burn it, meaning that the more trading activity we have — the more our number of tokens dwindles, creating demand, upping liquidity and promoting growth.

Mr Hubert: Yes. This is wonderful, sir. Can’t hesitate, I think investors want to learn about the project:
Security is considered as one of the top priorities of any exchanges, how does Scalpex protect users information and ensure asset security?
Mr Michael: The most important thing is to store all user coins via multi-signature cold wallet. This wallet does not have physical internet access and requires at least two persons to execute the transaction in question. This method was proven effective by BitMEX, who have zero lost coins so far.
Additionally, our internal instruments are isolated by our corporate network. Meaning that nobody from outside will ever gain access to our administration.
Of course we don’t store user information in plain data format — everything is secured, including hard drive encryption.

Mr Hubert: Thank you. I also see a lot of exchanges are planning to use cold wallets, but you have many more impressive things.
Mr Hubert: What can Scalpex offer to instill confidence, especially when it comes to liquidity and price spreads when trading?
Mr Michael: First of all, we partner with experienced and reputable market makers and require them to follow our rules. Additionally, we are market makers ourselves, and we have the ability to provide liquidity from all exchanges in the market. During high volatility periods, we look for the best bid/ask quotes and deliver them to our platform with no additional costs.

Security plays a major role when dealing with cryptocurrency exchanges. What is my privacy?
Mr Michael: At the first stage we only ask our traders for first name, last name and country. They are allowed to trade, exposing this data only. We do not distrbute any data to third parties. Moreover, we do not integrate any third-party scripts into our site. We do not employ Google Analytics, and other tools that could capture user data. The data is stored in encrypted format on encrypted hard drives. We only disclose information based on a court order. Even our team does not have access to users’ private account data.

Mr Hubert: Thank you. I think everyone is wondering about the issue I’m going to ask.
What is the vision of Scalpex? Which markets are you focusing on?
Mr Michael: We do not focus on any particular market. We are exploring all market options, and will make our choice of focus on the regions based on the conversion rate. Our vision is to build a tranparent worldwide platform with the best instruments and conditions on the market.
We just began our marketing program and are already receiving great results from a number of countries.

Mr Hubert: Yes sir
The goal of Investors, traders is to optimize the reward/risk ratio, so does Scalpex have any plans to help them?
Mr Michael: Of course. First of all, the use of robots on the Scalpex exchange allows for better risk management due to lack of human factor. Second of all, our Stop Order system has minimum latency and slippage comparing to other paltforms, especially BitMEX. Furthermore, we allow for minimum comissions, which translates to better mathematical expectations of every trade, especially when it comes to active trading.

Mr Hubert: Thanks sir. When you look back on the first day of trading Scalpex, were you satisfied, proud and happy with its progress?
Mr Michael: Both me and my team are proud of having developed the product in less than 1 year, and reached the alpha version stage. We see the potential of the exchange’s technical part, which will allow us to implement unique contracts and complicated trading robots. Additionally, we are ready for a boom in growth, since our platform implies horizontal scalability.
When we launched the alpha version and gave access to the first traders, we got excellent feedback from them. They have not only tested the exchange, but have also remained active traders until now.

Mr Hubert: Could you please re-share some IEO information, before we go to Freeasking?
We have deployed the SXE token. Our main goal is to raise funds from a variety of private traders, instead of sticking to the usual approach of large financial funds. This will allow us to create a more democratic solution and to follow our business development strategy.
We prevent the price manipulation of the token in two ways. First, we buy back the token from the market by its market price from the current order book. This gives token holders the ability to sell the token at a fair price. On the other hand, we sell predefined batches with transparent public prices. This is exactly what prevents spikes and unjustified price pumps and dumps. We want to create organic price growth, no more and no less than the revenue from the exchange.
Basically our token holders are shareholders of the exchange, and the token is backed by USD.
We now offer a 30% presale discount on SXE, which is an appealing investment opportunity.

Question 1. How do you attract investors to be interested in $SXC? because some investors only focus on short-term prices rather than long term?
We focus on long-term investors, rather than short-term speculative traders, since everyone knows what happens to 99% of released tokens. They all have zero value. We want to create something different, something that has meaning and value.
Question 2. Will $SXC decide to list on any other exchanges?
Yes, we plan to list the token on other exchanges on the public sale stage. We have already received several requests from exchanges, asking to list our token.
Question 3. Where does the project name “SCALPEX” really mean? does it come from the meaning of “Scalping”? or is it ideal for this type of operation?
Yes, you are right! Low spreads and fees especially matter for scalpers, who prefer to trade small price movements.
Question 4. I have read that it was really a year ago that Scalpex was registered with LTD (2019), my question is: why wait a whole year to launch the platform and the tokens? It wasn’t ready yet or did they start to develop it on that date?
You are right, we have submitted documents to register our company at the same time when we began the development process (2019), and we have completed software development within one year.
Question 5. I understand that Scalpex Exchange is much faster and less expensive in fee than the rest of the platforms, how much would that% really be? and is it necessary the $ SXE tokens to decrease the% fee?
We offer a maker/taker fee model.
Standard fee policy:
0% fee for makers
0.03% fee for takers (Bitmex has 0.075%, for example)
Further discountable by 10% using SXE token
Question 6. Could you give us a little more detail about the burning of the tokens, I understand that for each operation we do, a% of them will be burned, thus decreasing the supply and increasing the demand, is that correct? Will that keep your market in an uptrend?
Yes, you are right. By burning tokens, we guarantee that they will not be sold on the market, and will not crash the price. In total we will end up burning 50% of token supply.
Question 7. When doing KYC verification in Scalpex, why does it is necessary to also include and present or verified Bank account information?Why it is needed?What if some users are not comfortable to give their bank account info. Is it really necessary for users to undergo KYC before withdrawing funds in your platform?
We do not require KYC from the very beginning. We will request KYC for large withdrawal amounts only, as required by regulation. Usually KYC does not require a bank account statement. You will only need a proof of address (utility bill) and a photo of you holding your ID.
Question 8. Many new User are having hard time put their money into an platform.
In the upcoming feature, Is there any plan Scalpex support Fiat deposite?
We do not plan to allow Fiat currency deposits in the near future, as this has separate legal requirements in every jurisdiction. We will, however, integrate with partners, who will provide instant exchange of Fiat to BTC.
Question 9. So far, Almost 80% investors have just focused on price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold $SXC in long term? Will run any stake program with your token?
Take a look at the BNB token. Right now you have a chance to buy the exchange token at the lowest possible price and become a part of the exchange’s investors. The exchange token is completely different from other coin offerings, as it has value behind it.
Question 10. There are many very volatile markets such as BTC, which when I am trading can increase or decrease rapidly while the closing of my operation is being processed, decreasing my profits, with Scalpex I will not have that problem?
We have an ultra-modern technical engine, which gives sub-millisecond latency for order matching. This ensures you never experience slippage.
