Recruitment: The position of “Community Management” — CM Vietnam Coin Market Community

Due to the need to develop a branch of VCM Community. VCM begins recruiting community management positions.
Work location:
- Telegram group: https://t.me/investorschocoin_VN (Vietnam). Group of Vietnamese investors. You will have to use Vietnamese in this group.
- Telegram group: https://t.me/AngelInvestorCommunity (International). Group of international investors. You will have to use English in this group.
Working time: CM must work regularly, regardless of time.
Job description:
- Community manager is responsible for community management in Vietnam or internationally.
- Track and report daily online feedback and reviews via email.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and raise awareness about the VCM brand.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry experts and journalists.
- Provide attractive text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to customers / investors / members’ comments and questions in a timely manner.
- Increase group membership and take care of existing members.
- Information on potential new projects, translation of project documents (if any).
To secure the above job you need to have the following skills:
Basic understanding of Blockchain. Have all trading skills on the CEX and DEX exchanges.
- IT skill: work with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlock fluently.
- Fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
- Media design skills: can edit photos to make posters, can write content by yourself.
- Honest, honest, agile and responsible at work.
Priority when doing CM at VCM: Usually projects give money (Coin / token) to VCM. You will also have a chance to receive it.
Salary: Fixed salary — Negotiable.
Salary commission: 15% / 1 AMA at the group.
Receiving salary on the 1st of each month, commissions will be received after each AMA.
Official contract: 6 months.

Thời gian làm việc: Làm CM phải hoạt động thường xuyên, bất kể thời gian nào.

Mô tả công việc:

- Người quản lý cộng đồng có trách nhiệm quản lý cộng đồng tại Việt Nam or Quốc tế.

- Theo dõi và báo cáo về phản hồi và đánh giá trực tuyến hàng ngày qua email.

- Tổ chức và tham gia các sự kiện để xây dựng cộng đồng và nâng cao nhận thức về thương hiệu VCM.

- Xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng, khách hàng tiềm năng, các chuyên gia trong ngành và các nhà báo.

- Cung cấp nội dung văn bản, hình ảnh và video hấp dẫn cho các tài khoản mạng xã hội.

- Trả lời các ý kiến và thắc mắc của khách hàng/nhà đầu tư/ thành viên một cách kịp thời.

- Gia tăng thành viên trong nhóm và chăm sóc các thành viên hiện tại.

- Thông tin về các dự án mới có tiềm năng, phiên dịch các văn bản của dự án (nếu có).

Để đảm bảo công việc trên bạn cần có các kỹ năng sau:

- Hiểu biết về Blockchain cơ bản. Có tất cả các kỹ năng giao dịch trên các sàn CEX và DEX.

- Kỹ năng IT: làm việc với Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlock thành thạo.

- Tiếng anh nghe nói đọc viết thành thạo.

- Kỹ năng thiết kế media: có thể chỉnh sửa ảnh để làm poster, có thể tự viết content.

- Trung thực, thật thà, nhanh nhẹn và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.

Ưu tiên khi làm CM tại VCM: Thông thường dự án tặng tiền(Coin/token) cho VCM. Bạn cũng sẽ có cơ hội nhận nó.

Mức lương: Lương cố định — Thỏa thuận.

Mức lương hoa hồng: 15% / 1 AMA tại nhóm.

Nhận lương vào ngày 1 hàng tháng, hoa hồng sẽ nhận sau mỗi AMA.

Hợp đồng chính thức: 6 tháng.
